A common question we frequently get asked which cups we would recommend to our customers; this is a tricky question as it depends on the heat of drink you intend to use. We stock a wide range of items from single-wall plain paper cups, to our latest triple wall ‘Ultimate’ hot cups. The primary difference is the insulating properties of the specific cup type.

The manufacturing of paper cups started during early 1900s, mainly with the intent of preventing diseases. Since such cups are not meant for reuse, the consumption of drinks from these cups puts off the transfer of germs, thus promoting good health. Apart from being hygienic, paper cups offer the convenience of use and make life easier. Specialists estimate the worldwide consumption of paper cups to 220 billion per annum.

Disposable Packaging is most commonly associated within the food industry and is used to package food that goes on sale for the public. You will find these in most supermarkets and well anywhere that sells takeaway food. For example sandwiches found in a supermarket are packaged in a clear plastic casing; this product is completely disposable and designed to be thrown away when you have finished with your sandwich. The packaging can be made from a variety of materials with the most common being plastic, card and polystyrene.

The Polystyrene disposable packaging is often found in takeaway food places like the chip shop or kebab shop. The food you order is placed into the polystyrene container and the lid is closed (if it has a lid), they also supply you with disposable forks and knives. Chicken shops like KFC often use cardboard for their packaging, they have cardboard boxes and buckets that the use to place the chicken you order in, they opt for these as they are larger in size and can be printed on with promotions and advertisements.

The difference between healthy food and healthy exercise is that you can get other people to make the healthy food for you while you have to do the exercise yourself. So why not do it? If you do not want to cook, then get healthy takeaway instead. And use the extra time and energy to exercise more.

Healthy takeaway is a very smart strategy if you live in a bigger city, if you are single, and if you don’t have children living at home. The bigger the city you live in, the better the range of healthy, tasty and cheap takeaway food. The more single you are, the less motivated you are to cook just for yourself. Or maybe you need someone who will cook for you. If you don’t have children or if your children are not living at home then you are less likely to have the motivation to cook paper sushi box.

It is well documented from the sociological research that cooking is a social phenomenon. If you eat alone, you are not very motivated to cook. I only make food the days where my children are staying with me. The other days I more or less always go for the healthy takeaway. I would never cook only for myself. I have made calculations and found out that it is actually cheaper and healthier for me that I pick up food instead of cook.

People must have more self control and cannot blame the food companies if they get fat. Out there are parents feeding kids rubbish food then they cannot understand why kids are fat and overweight. Parents are responsible for educating their kids about good food and eating habits and setting a good example. However we know that the healthy options are not easy to find and expensive to buy, if you are really overweight you could try a proven diet plan to lose weight fast.
