I don’t know how 24option are still working , I was trading with them 2 years ago and lost a big portion of my money in Binary Options trading . I saw that they changed the site but I do believe its the same people . hope someone can correct or confirm .

Trying to withdraw my money for 2 months now. They cheat around with excuses my documents are not valid and canceled my withdrawal requests multiple times. If you send them new documents, they ignore it. And they start a new bad game, by complaining (complete nonsense), you where a US-citicen and have to explain why. As of my experience, they are complete crooks! Never send them money or you will lose it for sure and get terrorized by phone calls of an account manager crook.

I will waste my time by writing bad reviews on every site possible till I get money back !!

Horrific experience with 24 option. I opened an account 6 weeks ago and was assigned an arrogant and aggressive “Account Manager”, under the direction of this person my account suffered a 50% capital loss in 1 trade, after a series of self directed trades I managed to get my balance back to starting amount only for the “account manager” to persuade me into another aggressive trade losing 75% of my balance in a matter of hours. I went into trading with eyes wide open to potenial loses but be very very careful when dealing with these people. After my final loss I sent multiple emails with no reply. These people are ruthless and push for huge returns irrespective of the potential loss to customers.

One the plus side i did manage to get 1 withdraw , then other one was forced on me and account was closed after that.
They let me win about 3k in 2 or so months.
Although my friend was not as lucky as his first 2 deposits where delayed by 3-4 months and last one was just not payed and they just vanished it.

Immediately they saw that my investment was growing rapidly, they returned my initial deposit to my credit card, then alleged a fraudulent activity occurred in my account. I asked them “how, but my details were verified by your compliance department?” they refused to answer me. No fraudulent activity ever occurred in my trading account, they just didn’t want to release my money. And the most painful part of it is that i didn’t take any bonus from this broker, they offered me a bonus i refused, because i don’t want to give any broker any reason not to pay me my money, so all i had in my account was real money. I took all the risk by myself, I was shocked to see them act so unprofessionally. Would they have blocked my account if i had lost all my investment?

I have filed a complaint at their website but they told me that their decision to cancel my profits and block my account was final. I am determined, i will do whatever within my power to get my money from this fraudulent company.

When 24o canceled usa customers they kept my funds. I tried for a month to get my money out last year before the change. They kept saying we’ll send it. Well guess what, they never did and will not. Oh and the phone calls 3 times a day was annoying. Now I can’t get a call.

BDB did the same thing but they took even more. STAY away from both brokers.

A lady by the name of Nickie Lee Belcher signed me up at 24option with a managed account. I funded the account and she sent me updates of the progress, i was then ready to make a withdrawal when it reached $8000 I have a screenshot of the account with my name and balance. Now I cannot log into my account and the support chat is no help as they just ended the chat when i started asking questions. I also have the chat on email. The account number is TA1371667 on the screenshot, I do believe this is an inside job of someone at 24option

24option has been one of the best brokers from my observation so far but the reason why these unregulated brokers mainly take advantage of their customers and their invested funds is
because they feel these customers don’t know how to get their funds back
But trust me there are hidden ways you can get your lost funds back
from the broker. I was able to withdraw my funds going to the tune of $142,000 from
the two brokers i signed up with while trading.

Bad bad bad: I opened the account ITA2099 on my name.
After some testing binary options, I decide to withdraw the remaining amount of 193.64 euro.
On 10th June I receive an email confirming the payment on the credit card I used to deposit; in the meantime I told 24option that the credit card has been replaced and they stated (Ted Green) that it doesn’t matter because money goes to the same customer account, also confirmed by my bank .
After that many emails and chats, plus a phone call today with Brigita Smaliukaite and I’ve provided 24option with my bank account statemennt, credit card statement plus a declaration from the credit card provide that states that no payment was received and the reference provided by 24option doesn’t exist (ARN: 85203444162423599449950).
I’ve lost hours on this issue and the feeling that they’re trying to keep/steal/scavenge

Be careful with this broker! They actually have a good platform, the account manager was helpful, but when it comes to withdrawal process, they suck! I deposited a minimal amount for a start and I lost almost all of it. I suppose to withdraw when my remaining balance had gone down to 27% of the original amount, but the withdrawal process was only giving me an option via wire transfer, which supposedly, they should give me an option to deposit my withdrawal at the same bank where I used in funding my account, as stated on their website and as the first account manager told me before I deposited. Now, my balance had gone down to USD10.+ and they’re giving me a hard time withdrawing it! Are you kidding me?! Yes, it’s only a very small amount left. I wasted my money on their website and they are not very reliable in their withdrawal process! Newbies, be aware! Don’t use this broker if you care about your money or profit in the future. If they are not reliable with the small amount/account, can you trust them with bigger account?! I opened a PayPal account for them to deposit the balance… but to my surprise they won’t accept it.. They want Skrill! Freaking people! Why can’t they simply deposit the remaining balance directly to my bank in the first place… that’s what they promise especially that it’s my first withdrawal?! They will give you more than enough reasons or excuses so that you’ll give-up your money. So stay away from them!!!

I’ve traded at 24 option for a month. I’ve done a bonus turnover. Withdraw the money and profit and I took another bonus.

No withdrawals problems, support is great, outstanding or maybe my account manger is so good ;-).

I submit 4 stars instead of five because the platform seems to me a bit dodgy. There are lags about 1-2 sec. So if you place a trade you might end up many times with different price (worst price) than you see, displays. There’s execution between 2-3 sec. On demo account execution is 1-2 sec. Many times for short term (60 sec- 2min) instead of win or draw I lost because of execution time and processing different price than what it displayed. Basically with short term you might be winning at demo account but at real account using the same strategy not be so succcessful or even loosing

There’s no price has changed message like before. There’s 100% execution

Hi I’ve opened an account with 24options with$400 innitially. Then I received a call from an account manager. he pressurised me to deposit more. I’ve informed him that I’m totally new, he said don’t worry he has several years of experience in forex and will help/guide me to increase my account . He advise me to open 50 lots with $50000 in account and pressurized me every day by calling 4-5 times to deposit more to open more trades as he mentioned repeatedly that I’ve the smallest investment for the event of brexit Artical 50 release. I deposited another $50K he asked me to close all current trades and open 100 lots. When there were margin calls, he advised me not to close the trade, which is why I’ve lost all of my money and I’m in deep depression and debit. As he was aware that I’m new to this he shouldn’t advise me to risk all my money in one trade. Its just another customer for them but I’ve lost all of my lifes savings and now I’m in deep depression as I can’t pay my bills and have to find work to support my family.
Now they are suggesting me to sell my house and invest.

This company pressurises you into opening an account and investing by constantly bombarding you with phone calls making false promises and emails to the point that it is considered illegal practice. If you are unlucky enough to fall for their lies then they will charge you daily fees for open trades and charge you “dormancy” fees for not using your money and not withdrawing it. The explanation for dormancy fees is “We require this fee in order to avoid inactive accounts and keeping client’s money unnecessarily.”… what kind of company needs to charge you for holding your money!! – its just an excuse to rob you. Im not greedy, I don’t need all back, I just feel waaayy better even if I got about 70% back. Don’t go near Binary Uno, they will not only scam you but also make you suicidal if you’re not strong.

they do not let me withdraw Money, they tell me that i did not reply to their e-mails, but i have never receive any E-Mail from them. in my opinion a scammer, DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY, you will not see your Money again. i consider taking legal Action against them…

i agree with all of the bad reviews 24 option charges are outrageous and do not appear to be fair. they are not regulated in UK so expect trouble. the quicker they go out of business the better,but better if everyone aware of malpractice ,bargepole not long enough! be warned

ABsolute joke – made a deposit, couldn’t verify my account asked for it to be closed, they told me there was a £50 fee. I complained. 2 months later they took all of my money in inactivity fees without telling me and refused a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS the worst experience I ever had.

I had been with 24option for 9 months and then I got out of there. I have tried to get back my money from them and they are always coming up with excuses. Last year I joined 24option to give it ago. And left around £350 in my account. I had not been on there in ages and then signed back into my account to find my £350 gone! Terrible PUSHY company. They sponsor Juventus apparently so I guess they need to push to keep you as a member (it seems they charge monthly fees which are not well advertised to you when you sign up) I’ve had one call today and two yesterday DESPITE saying do not call me in my cancellation of membership. I hadn’t even gone as far as verifying nor adding any bank or card details at this point – so it’s a straightforward cancellation within what was 2 days of registering These phone calls are 8 days after terminated!. 24option Scam? They have not pay for my Deposite !!!
i Deposite $ 300 on 2015/07. I did not have any trade, then I must withdraw date 07/20/2015. But until now I still do not get money 08/18/2015. I live chat and email with 24option 4 times. The account manager was so rude and was pushy asking me to deposit more moms. All the withdrawal requests made was rejected. I asked them for my money and they stopped responding to my calls and emails. I couldn’t access them , I couldn’t access my account. It is possible to recover what you lost to scam brokers but most people don’t know this because they are either not informed or they have been conned by a recovery expert. The website UI and the general mechanism are unusual and take to get used to.

That’s not why I’m giving one star. I am giving one star because the withdrawal fees are way too high and chaotic (for example 100 USD for Tether). On top the customer support is the worst I ever experienced, 24 option managed to just ‘lose’ a deposit of mine worth over 10.000 USD due to a systems change. For almost half a year all I’m getting are assurances that I will get by deposited coins and that they are ‘in the process’ of retrieval.

Unfortunately, even if they someday manage to retrieve my token, they are worthless by now.

Problems like these seem to be common around 24 option so I would never again trust them with bigger amounts of money.

i am waiting to resolved my ticket by 2 months, my dogecoins are not reflecting in my 24 option acc, the responce by hit btc support team is very slow and awful, all time they just say we are looking into issue by 2 month…

I’m guessing there are thousands of customers (some of whom have already posted their grievances on this forum) who, like me, have either lost their money or become trapped into unprofitable positions that are being charged obscene holding fees by this company , due to the following unethical practices;

– price manipulation that re-bases (pegs) the WTI cash product to December futures at close to its lowest price suppressing recovery since volatility in Dec contract is minimal
– consequence of this is that traders must hold their positions for many months before it converges with the true market price at a huge holding cost of 225% p.a. or close their positions at a loss when these positions should be profitable if the price were fairly represented
– no communication with customers prior to the product change providing no opportunity to make informed decisions prior to entering the trade

I’m shocked and disappointed that this company would put their reputation on the line like this but I have to believe that justice will prevail ultimately!

The spreads are good but I suspect price manipulation. On the 7th of January, I placed a trade on Oil with stop loss at -5% but I was surprised when my trade loss exceeded the stop margin. I had the same experience again after I traded for a while so I wrote to the support but they never replied.
