What a rip-off. I chose to get a Gift Card at the Coinstar because it was the only way to avoid their price gouging 10% plus surcharge for cash. They issued a flimsy paper receipt that was almost illegible when it came out of the machine. They print a PIN number that your retailer will need in order to process the gift “card” when you redeem it.

This 4 digit pin number was crammed so close to the left hand edge of the paper that one of the digits was actually missing. The fourth digit was so faint it was illegible. Bear in mind that the words “Not Redeemable For Cash” were totally legible and printed conveniently in the middle of the page. It took three phone calls and almost 45 minutes for the retailer (Lowe’s – using their priority connection to Coinstar) to get them to cough up the pin number.

I was looking for CoinStar machines all over the place when I visited the US last year, but I just couldn’t find any. Ended up just going to the bank to get my coins exchanged for notes. If they were more widespread, that would be a very nice utility.

When you a take a closer look at the site, one gets the impression that the site seems to be unfinished. However, most of the major features of the platform seem to work just fine. Thus, the limitations brought about by the dead links seem not to interfere with the operations of the platform as a whole.

After 2 days the ink disappeared. I decided to convert my coins to my Starbucks card. My last Coinstar visit showed that only Amazon is available now for an e-card. I think this is called “shooting yourself in your own foot.” Goodbye Coinstar.

They had fast withdrawals but i see no more. So this casino did not start good, but at least they had fast payouts, but now they have made it really slow. Before it was instant to few hours, now it can take few day’s. What casino want’s to head worse and not improve themselves? Well i see they don’t. They wanted to go down hill than up.

I have had a account with Coinstar for several years. I went to Mycoinstar on the Coinstar site, offline it showed. Called C.S. They can’t give me the total money I have in the system. Mycoinstar has been offline for a long time (months). I would guess that it is a company that makes money by listings. My only good review would be that the C.S I talked to was, pleasant. Of course they have the money. I will try to see how to find the money. They are worse than a bank. Zero on the company.

Basically, I went to deposit coins ($114 worth) and selected to get an Amazon gift card in return. This should have worked fine, but the machine gave me a card for Southwest Airlines instead. Obviously quite frustrated (because I nor anyone in my family flies with Southwest and don’t have any plans to go to one of their supported destinations anytime soon), I called Coinstar and their response was simply, “All sales are final”. To which I said, “If I had selected Southwest Airlines, we wouldn’t be having this conversation, so as far as I can tell, I just wasted $114 on your business.”

The representative knew I was right but then held me on the line for 45 minutes as she went back and forth with her boss and eventually told me to send them the card via snail mail to a location in Washington state and they would send a check in return. Furthermore, the entire process would take 3-5 weeks. I ended up giving the Southwest card to my neighbor. Moral of the story is quite simple just go to the bank.

First off, I started playing here in 2015 and was a loyal player for years. I stopped playing for the most part when they re-designed their website and lost the mobile versions for over a year. Well they got their mobile website back up about 2 weeks ago finally and I was excited but didn’t last long.

In the month of March I deposited about 0.15 btc or equivalent of $750. Thoughout the same month I won .04 btc or equivalent $200. So as a result, in total I lost .11 btc or equivalent $550. That program they have, I think they call it a “loyalty program” although I’m not sure why because loyalty isn’t in Coinstar vocabulary. Well anyways I was about 5% off from qualifing for the 2% Cashback losses they offer as part of the non-loyalty, I mean loyalty program. So I ask for some free spins because I was so close to getting it but didnt and they said no. Shocker!

Nothing changes with them, unless your dropping $10,000 a week they don’t care about you. That loyalty program is the worst one I’ve ever seen and I’ve played at a lot of casinos. They were better off when they didn’t have one at all in my opinion.

On top of that their affiliate program is just as bad as their casino if not, worse. They have so many rules in their T&C’s in place so they don’t have to pay out any commission affiliates earn. First off, their minimum balance to withdraw affiliate earnings is 0.02 btc. Really? How about there should be a minimum because the money belongs to me for bringing in paying players. Second, they require an affiliate to have at least 7 first depositing players in order to get automatic monthly payments paid out to the affiliate. That’s just 2 rules that are in place to limit Coinstar from paying their affiliatea.

They should take some lessons from some other casinos. Like probably the most popular one I can think of ( rhymes with taking) offer total transparency, daily and weekly giveaways, rakeback, any affiliate commissioms earned can be instantly withdrawn no matter the amount, they supercede in so many ways.

I’m so fed up with you Coinstar I’m gone for good. Keep my 0.012 btc in affiliate commission and your loyalty program and all the other shady practices you guys do.
