I trade with MARKETS BROKER. It`s quite an easy platform but service is bad on phone cause the app is not full version. So trade on PC it`s better. Its not that difficult just be patient and don`t open a lot positions in one time if you dont have experience.

Markets staff seem pretty relaxed when it comes to customer service especially the guys handling the payment transfer side of things. U seem to battle to get funds released. It has taken me over a week whereas my other broker Infinox I have my funds in my account within a 48 hour period. The dont really respond to e-mails. I have heard a number of nightmare stories regarding transactions.

i wish i can give 0 stars to Markets.com here. They are scammers. If you want to learn how to scam then must join them . I invested 100$ there i made 200$ . and bought Natural gas.. but when price moves Equity should increse,, but for me it was totally opposite . First they make trust then break it.

Stay away from this unethical and thieving company. Once my clients were verified and received bonuses for their documents they were pressed with more and more documents and three days deadlines. Once my clients began to send them notarized documents which they exist from them they decided to close customer accounts and keep all the profits of my clients.

Unstable trading platform. When ever there are major movements on the market, the trading platform stops working, and a restart is necessary. ( up to 30 restarts per day)
Support is incompetent; when you report an immediate problem they return 2-3 weeks later … “ we haven’t observed any errors – have a nice day”
They are changing termes and conditions for trading randomly in there own favour.
They are also manipulating with the spread.
My contact info was apparently sold to 3.party; I started receiving numerous calls when I signed up with Markets.com
SCAM – stay away

Generally my experience with the site has been good and I find it easy to use. However, there has been once major issue that has left a bitter taste. There was a bug in their system and they closed my trades without my knowledge (not related in any way to a stop loss being hit). In doing so, I closed deep in the red and by the time I came back online and noticed, the prices had changed and I lost a lot of money. They reimbursed me the spread that I paid for the trade but this doesn’t come close to covering the actual loss incurred as a result of their tech error.

I have done 2 separate transactions and both gone missing, I called the bank and they said the money gone to the exchange account and can’t do anything. We need to take legal action against this. I need to find a good lawyer and need to write to the government to chase these people. my bank told me they have 1000s complain about this and they told me to write to the Estonia government too.

Anyone willing to take legal action and sue them?? I will join.

My experience was bad with markets.com and there are many reasons.
Great manipulation of market price differentials.
The platform stops working in case of profit and the inability to close profitable trades.
Price mismatch with real market prices.
The business manager works on losing you in every way.
A professional company to loss your money.

withdrawal destination must be more precise, every time you create a withdrawal request the payment goes in different destination, for example inted of a standard account deposit it attempts to deposit funds in a credit card account if requested a withdrawal, who wants the funds to go into credit cards..lol

when people start to trade currencys on the forex they need to understand that by trading with a broker on a spreadbet account you arent actually dealing way the stock market your pretty much only dealing way a bookie. it doesnt matter whether you trade £1 or 1 million, your trade WILL NOT alter the direction of the currency that you are trading, i really cant figure how spread bet accounts in the UK are even legal as everything is designed against individual traders which is why pretty much the only traders that really make any money are brokers as there trades are registered on the stock exchange and when you look at the money these brokers invest in a currency on a dailly basis then its enuff to make the market spike enuf to take it past any stop loss that u might have hence you lose your money.Also i have just noticed that markets.com has just introduced another charge called a conversion rate which is actually higher than your spread, i think considering how unfair spread bet accounts actually are this extra charge is a total disgrace. Spread bet accounts arent actually legal in many countries and believe me i can understand why, as its a UK legal way of taking peoples money from them at ridiculous rates

This is a fraud company, my friend and I invested over 67,000EUR each and they gave us nothing. I had over 56,000EUR interest and all they did when I made a withdrawal request was close my account. I reached out to my account manger he told me to deposit more money and I refused. He stopped presponding to my calls and emails afterwards. POSITIVES: Very well made interface on the website and on the iPhone app. Easy to open and close positions fast, update stop loss and take profit. It’s also possible to close a position partially. I have never encountered a problem with execution on this platform. Customer service is fast through live chat and they answer competently.

NEGATIVES: The rollover fees are so high that the platform is not suitable for anything other than short term trading. Holding anything is a sure way to lose money. You want to own some stocks? Pick a broker that only charges a one-off fee (they do exist). The indicators are lacking. For instance, you cannot have more than one moving average at the same time.

CONCLUSION: In my opinion the rollover fees are what kills this platform, which is not bad otherwise.

By the good teaching programme and the good care I have improved my knowledge and my Ivestment. I can lay markets.com only to everybody most warmly to the heart. Clear one makes at the beginning mistake, but if one has internalised the advice gehts to himself upward.

Terrible people, lie and keep on trying to take your money, do not on any account get involved with these scammers. They are dishonest, and give really bad advice to make you loose your money, I guess it doesnt get invested anywhere because they became upset when i started winning trades. I did get some money back, but also lost plenty.

I experimented a lot with this site. It seems there is NO winning strategy (unless you are very lucky, or not using the margin) for the following reasons: The margin is too high so they encourage you to lose your money; The site is not working properly in urgent times (when you need to close a position, there is a slow response/ or a technical issue), especially from the mobile App. The response is too slow sometimes. They introduced a bonus system. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT the BONUS. It is just a trap top make you lose more money!!! In summary, stay away from this!!!!

Markets.com allows itself to change their CFD trading policy on open positions. Merket.com conveniently autoclosed all my Ripple (20K) positions with 1 day notice just 2 days after some very encouraging Ripple-news hit the news and the value tripled overnight. Ironically, Markets.com changed their policy to “protect” Retail customers for losing money on their trades. My wallet would have been valued at around €40K by today. Instead, Marktes.com paid out my initial investment (deducting all fees of course). Be aware, don’t trade on Markets.com! It’s a scam!

Avoid at all costs!
A friend recommended that I use this app to invest in some money that recently came my way. However, my problems started up almost as soon as I tried to sign up. “Tried” being the key word here.
First off, they refused to let me just send in a scanned picture of my photo ID, of which I just have on hand. They insisted that I could only do it with their phone download, which was a pain because I had to uninstall stuff just to install it on my phone. And then they kept complaining that the photo was blurry! Yeah, because my camera is awful! Just let me send in a photo, like every other similar place I’ve since looked into!
Then, I started to look to see if others were having this problem, only to become more and more horrified at the stuff that actual users were saying. Vanishing money, accounts frozen for no real reason, a customer service department that was so non-responsive that they might as well have not even bothered…
I deleted my account then and there. There’s no way that I’m going to get involved with a company that seems like it’s going to suddenly shut it’s doors and leave the owners sipping maitais on Tahiti while “customers” are suddenly out millions.
The straw that broke my back about this entire thing? Several days after deleting my account, I’m suddenly getting hounded with messages from them. INVEST WITH US, they say. COME BACK. WE WANT YOU. It’s like the boyfriend who hangs outside your apartment building with a poorly-concealed gun in his pocket.
I’ll be keeping a VERY close watch on my bank account, thanks to this shitshow company.

the absolute worst expierence I have ever had two months I’ve been waiting to resolve an issue that has locked my account. At first markets.com seems like a great service. That is, until you have any issue needing customer support. They behave without responsibility to customers and hide behind “we are protecting your security” nonsense to suspend accounts and hold coins hostage.

Though support services could be delayed and frustrating, i guess this is as result of the due diligence process but i still believe it can improve better to give the client an amazing experience. Markets.com should look into offering email 2 Factor for those who will prefer it as it’s used by other exchange.

I really want to commend the idea of withdrawal suspension for 92hrs to prevent intruder from withdrawing from my account for me to fix a new 2FA, wao it warn Markets.com an award as the best exchange of the year, am really impressed.

In overall Markets.com to me remains my best exchange and one of the very best in the crypto-World.

As soon as I asked for my first withdraw, they have blocked my account for several days without any explanation. After several emails, they keep saying my account is under review and is blocked. I am really worried now what they will do with my money and profit I made!

I’m very satisfied with their service, they can be trusted. I’m not really that kind of person to be into trading but with Markets, it helped me in giving such informative marketing platforms that are efficient and understandable. I’m very happy to recommend it to others

After my 1st remark, I was contacted by Markets, and all my problems were solved and sorted out from support.
This changed my mind about Markets, but to be honest, this could have been done before, via all mails send back and fort for information needed.
But anyway, have decided to change from 1 star to 4 stars for good customer support.
Now I look forward to starting using Markets 🙂

Have sent a lot of papers for Proof of Residence but I can not get approved on this platform.
Always asking for more and more, papers needs to have e.g. bank logo, date, my residents address, which all of them have….. but still not enough for Markets????
Have been approved by another platform, with same papers?? so I don’t understand what more needed…. to cumbersome

I could have made some research before investing but I was so eager to earn some money. Well, we all learn from our mistakes. To cut the long story short, my son figured a way ou. (Fightingscams @ aol . com..) .put an end to my ordeal with this broker.

overall experience is good even if there are a couple of areas of improvement: first the customer service to be increased; second I would recommend to upgrade the display area of the list of cryptos to have a more panoramic view of the currencies.
