now that I’ve made you aware I hope you see this before you try and trade with roiteks, they’ve taken £5500 of my money under the promise of a 5 day time trial and that I could take my money at any time. These are all lies they will take your money and never allow you to withdraw they will make excuses everytime you try and take your money or close your account. A complete scam 100%>. I am in the process of of trying to get my money back. I doubt I will see it again but I want to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else

To say they are terrible is an understatement, they are simply evil bunch of men and women. I have just realised i have been scammed for sums above £20K and still confused and pondering on the next steps peradventure i can find some redress.
I’m uncertain about the chargeback reviews as i don’t want to fall dipper into the pit.

Very unimpressed , opened an account and deposited a nominal amount to test the water here .

I was besieged by phone calls from customer service and traders requesting me to invest more funds and telling me it was the only was forward etc.,etc .

I was very uncomfortable with this and decided to withdraw my funds , that was on 30/7/18 and I still haven’t got them , many phone calls and emails to get my funds back but still not happened , it did eventually over 3 weeks later , thankfully it wasn’t thousands of pounds .

Absolute scam. I spoke with various named ppl from their company, Amir Backhouse (financial director & educator) sold me lies, threatened me indirectly. I have conversations recorded as I didn’t trust from the get go i should’ve gone with my instinct. Max Gibson (sales rep) first guy I spoke to and promised it was a 5 day trial have proof of this. Leena B (department manager) tried to make herself sound like she wanted to help me but once they have your money you won’t get it back.

Frequent call harassment to invest more, baits with a “dare to invest” , calling caution cowardice. After my documents were verified by them they went silent, refusing to return the deposit one way or the other.

I have account for 2 years, put all my hard work money in and all my saving in, today they close my account with no reason and they said before your account close you need to transfer all funds out of, however they hold all my funds now I can’t able to transfer any coins out of , and customer service keep said wait for specialist customer support email

After a withdraw attempt, Roiteks requested KYC documentation from me including passport, picture of me holding passport in front of email, and the source of funds using history including blockchain, screenshots, exchange accounts, etc. It took 4 days for them to verify the last part involving proving my ownership and transfer of the coins. I have deposited and withdrawn before successfully before this KYC request. I cannot find any public information about deposit or withdraw amounts that require customers to be KYC verified.

This company is an outright sham. Downright scammers that will just take your money.
