I also strongly advice to NOT invest/trade with AVATRADE. Everything went well when I did my deposit(like all companies) I had no problem to reach the customer service too. But the moment I did a withdraw by wire transfer (I did it on March 2nd and still not receive anything) I was not able to reach anybody when I saw that nothing was going in my personal bank account. I sent emails, the phone “disconnects ” when I attempt to call them, live chat always offline. I needed to create another account in order to reach them. When they called me for my “other account” I told them the story, they told me the payment was processed, I asked them for a proof of transfer, they told me they would send it to me and I never receive anything. Do not go there, it is a SCAM.

I signed up to avatrade and made an initial deposit for which I still don’t have access to (over 2 weeks ago). Then things went downhill. My account manager changed and the new account manager I had scammed me out of a huge amount of money! This account manager works for avatrade however he set me up an account for another website (at the time I was very confused) which has no link or affiliation to avatrade or no legitimacy whatsoever if you google it – it simply doesn’t exist! He used remote desktop software to access my desktop and perform a large money transfer from my bank account (whilst I was logged in) into a random bank not related to avatrade. He then got his friend to call me and show me this unrelated forex website . I tried to google to see if this platform was legitimate but I cannot find note of it anywhere on the internet.The account manager needs to be investigated and I want avatrade to refund me my large amount of money that has been taken as it is their employee + plus my initial deposit into avatrade! I will not disclose his information here until I speak to someone from avatrade however I will go to the central irish bank and authorities to lodge a formal case.

They lied to me many many times… They are giving some “consultancy” service, let you earn some money at the beginning (or also not), then you will lose everything soon – lots of clients had the same… They are working on a law border. Do not trust them! Your lost is their profit… That how its works… Withdrawn of your money is practical impossible. You will have also problem with taxes! They are using some country site local company to lie new victims and provide their “advise” service. Avatrade is just some cover-up on some thief…. Their employees using fake names. Please! Do not get into it! Never send any your money! Never registrate or anything! Do not answer they phone calls! Eventually they will leave you in peace.

I deposited money into my account with no issue. Now when it comes to withdrawing there is no support whatsoever. I have tried contacting Avatrade multiple times. They don’t respond to emails and if you call the call cuts off after 1:04 minutes exactly. ll waiting weeks for my £250 which is apparently just floating since I sent all the necessary documents. Well and truly terrible. If anyone sees this please contact me via [email protected], the same email under my account.

Avatrade is an outright scam. Dont deposite money to them. I have had the exact same experience as others where contacting them is impossible. No matter whcih country phonenumber i use i get cut off after the exact same amount of seconds and number 999 in line to chat impossible to get through or via mail no response.

I have had the worst customer service with AVATrade. The trading platform is now silent and not moving, no response from customer service. I think it’s time to go to Twitter and report this scam company. I should have read the appalling negative views here before joining AVATrade, so many regrets.

Out of my experiences with 2 different brokers, Avatrade provides a much better customer service, with Senior Market Analyst as dedicated accounts manager with personalized service, for very small retail client. A manager isn’t only an accounts manager, but also an experienced analyst

Today I did a withdrawal request 5 minutes after I closed all of my positions.
AvaTrade responded: That couldn’t be done because of trades being open.
That’s the main frustration but another is
their trading app ‘AvaTradeGo’ is the worst.The wait circle is the best working feature, I see that 90% of the time I want to check my trades. I call it their waiting app instead of trading app.
There is no 15 min timeframe possible.
Their standard tradesetting is a lotsize of 1 lot, difficult to set buy limit, sell-, stoploss and take profit level… so their clients are in a prime position to do market orders of 1 lot if trading with the app.

I have dealt with many companies in all sorts of industries over many years and I can honestly say the service I get from my account manager, John Honcharuk, is right up there with the best.

He phones when he says he will, and always replies promptly to an email or telephone message from me.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him – and he knows his stuff as well.

I have a problem – he sorts it, quickly!

They also have a chat line which is very useful for general queries – they are helpful and courteous.

just bad, I was having a pleasant experience but then I wanted to withdraw, and it just didn’t happen, I tried withdrawing my money and they literally didn’t let me, they stopped replying to my emails and so on.
basicly I was following this guy’s signals, and I was profiting really well and then he just started giving me wrong signals and as I started losing my money I tried withdrawing my 250€ I invested, and he stopped replying to my messages, so I tried to contact Avatrade’s support and they just wouldnt reply, literally ignored every email I sent them, and then I got a deposit done on my account of 250€, the amount I tried to withdraw, so yea, I’m stuck with this and done with them, just terrible, trust me and DO NOT even think about getting an account and investing on this terrible broker, believe me you’ll lose your money 100%.

DIdnt have any problems until they removed PayPal from withdrawals, been trying to get my money out for nearly 2 weeks and it’s saying it’s a different card so my money is stuck in there, contacted multiple times and was told they’d get back to me but never did

Very helpful and personalized assistance. Every client gets his private assistant. Some small and irrelevant issues in login in, but when you have your account ready, there is no big issues to point out. I also had an withdrawal of 300€ that gone just smooth, cleared within 2 days. The bonus clearance goals are bad. It should be easier to get it approved for withdrawal. But don’t forget: If you study Forex trading and calculate correctly your leverage, you should maintain the appropriate leverage according to your real funds, not counting the bonus. Then, the bonus works as a safety margin for the negative variations that WILL HAPPEN. If you calculate your leverage excluding the bonus, you will soon give Avatrade a positive review.

Had a few minor problems at first with depositing my funds. But a quick email to my account manager John Honcharuk and he called me back within an hour and it was resolved within 24hrs.
I have to say John was great and really diffused the situation as I was furious at first but his calm and professional manner really did work.

Customer service here is the worst i’ve ever come across. My account manager – David Berman, has not once responded to any of my emails or messages. I opened my account in January and still have not had it verified. I even gave a bad review on here before about them and they replied telling me that my “account is now verified” but I just went to withdraw and they will not let me because I am not fully verified? They’re a scam. You can’t get through to them and you can’t even take your own money out of your account there. Everybody avoid this company at all costs, you will not see any of your money be returned to you.

I’ve put my documents in and still not been verified , the app is telling me that apparently I still need to put documents in? I’m extremely angry , tried emailing , calling and live chat, couldn’t get hold of anyone , I just want my deposit back that is all . I have been trying to verify my account for the last 2 weeks but I cannot get through to anyone and no one has responded to any emails it’s impossible to get through when all I want to do is verify my account and it keeps getting rejected for reasons they are not even telling me.

Opened an account with AvaTrade last week.

After making the deposit, I was sent and email saying “Claim your Bonus
In order to claim your bonus you will need to verify your account. Please do so within 14 days of your first deposit” which I did.

Today, I enquired via the online chat on how to claim my bonus, I was given some this excuse “As an European Client, you cannot receive bonuses anymore, according to the new ESMA Regulation” seems like an easy way out of not honouring your emails!

To top this off, the online attendant was rude and unhelpful!

Seriously considering closing this account when my positions close!

The customer service and fine print at Avatrade is appalling.
My stocks were sold off without my permission, my balance dropped incredibly because of this. Apparently, I had invested with “borrowed money”, without my knowledge. It’s funny how that when I invest, the only value that shows up is what I’m putting into it, and does not include how much I’m “borrowing”. Because of this, Ava Trade has the power to close your positions whenever they want, which is entirely unfair. Do not put your money in, as soon as you do it’s no longer yours apparently. This company should not be allowed to put strings on our money. What’s also weird, is that you do not ever see how much money you’ve “borrowed” in your positions page. This is an obvious attempt to hide this activity, which I consider a scam. Not only that, but you do not have an option not to borrow money, which is even more weird.

What’s even more appalling, is the customer service. I was told that it wasn’t the companies fault that they had to sell my stocks and give me $0. The representatives literal words “what makes you think you deserve a refund?”. Uhhh, because you just sold my stocks, which is my intellectual property, without my consent, which is considered illegal.

I said this to the rep and I’ll say it again and hope avatrade listens. I just want my original deposit back. If not, my bank, my police service, my lawyer, and my government will love to hear about this companies lucrative activities. This can all be avoided, if my measly sum of $900 CAD is returned to me.

As I said, I’m not here to cause a dilemma, but your company should be way more open about people borrowing money when investing, and much less misleading. If I buy a stock, that is considered my property. You do not have the right to sell it without my consent.

I hope avatrade will refill my confidence in their customer service and return my $900 CAD ( which isn’t even a lot). If not, I will continue to write bad reviews on every website I can everyday, contact the police, contact the bank, contact my government and my lawyer and get that money back. I know it’s not a lot, but I won’t be taken advantage of like this. I won’t stop until I have that money, if Ava refuses, I will escalate the situation.

They Manipulate the softwares and platforms. They perform against the rules and blame the fault to the trader. Their TOS clearly says that an error like system/platform/technical occured either from the trader and the the BROKER, They are NOT LIABLE for such. SO clearly, Why signup with this TOS. ? I just read It and Im helpless with my 1000$ lost with that issues of their trading platform whenever the risks of loosing is at highest. they gain control of it when I am not able to. Beware with them as they are liars to tell you that either they dont receive any mails and will ask you again in public forums to send them again so as to make them look like attentive to the issue to somehow gain that aspect that a customer service is attentive when they really are not.. Stop joking around, we are not your chess pieces to play with. I would love to hear soon that all people behind this LEGALIZED SCAMMING SCHEME will be in prison, non bailable for millions scammed. I hope Interpol will look at it. The regulators they are registered are biased that they cant see those they are doing.

I opened positions with Avatrade in the knowledge that I could use my VISA debit card.
I now need to deposit more money to keep positions open, Avatrade say I can only use wire transfer, minimum deposit £500.
I’m pretty sure my positions are safe. But in the short-term, they are vulnerable. Now because Ava won’t let me increase my margins.
Why do they need to freeze my card? Why do they pretend to me it isn’t working. I use it every day. It doesn’t seem to make sense does it?

AvaFX is the best platform i’ve seen. They are simply great in there dealings because i have not withness just a problem or form of frudulent ability in there platform. Very good and understandable charting system, order opening and closing made easy unlike other unrealistic platforms.
Most of all, a very reasonable bonus is gotten from them as a new user.
Actually, i haven’t made any withdrawal, so i don’t have an idea of its duration but i read from the site that withdrawal is processed within 5 bussiness day.

my first deposited takeed 1 week to be in my account in avafx.i deposited via webmoney and usualy it take only 1 day.
my favorite currency is gbp/jpy. i had a position on gbp/jpy 2 weeks ago and it was in profit 110pip. i left that open.after 1 day the gbp/jpy went down about other 180 pip.i puted takeprofit for position.the price raeched my tp.but i saw the chart they deleted my position and delet all my profit(about9000$).i contacted them via phone but no answer.the online support terminated the chat.and they didn’t answer my e-mails.i requested to withdraw my initial money .i sent them the withdrawal form by fax and e-mail.but after 10 days they didn’t answer me.

AVATRADE is Scam!
I would like to appeal to Ava about:
– The sudden closure of all my orders without any prior notice.
– My purchase of Bitcoin (BTC / USD), if not closed, is now profitable. I ask Ava to compensate for this.

I sent wire transfer 4 days ago. My bank verified wire delivered to their account 4 days ago on Monday on 27th of Aug 2018. Until now they did not process the wire. I sent them 3 emails no response. I contacted via live chat 6 times nothing done. This broker is a totally scam. Stay away from them. I dont know how long they will hold my money. But I will withdraw all my funds and will not work with them again. All other brokers process wires in less than 24 hours. This broker is using your money for interest and do not care about you. I am going to report them to their regulator. This is not acceptable.

If I could give this company minus stars I would, 1 doesn’t even come close to awful tactics used by this company.

They will do everything in their power to keep your money and not let you withdraw it. A common tactic by their Customer service team is once you deposit money they will make up every excuse as to why you have failed the verification process (asking for made up documents that don’t exist) and then keep your initial deposit.

To put it simply, this company is a complete SCAM and it’s laughable that they even try to include integrity on their mission statement, and “trade with confidence” in their name.

I feel sorry for the customer service team who work there because they are obviously told by Dáire Ferguson (the CEO) or a line manager to use every trick in the book to not give users their money back. A tip if you’re a employee reading this, get a job with some principles.

If you’ve read any reviews on official trading website that big up Ava trade do not believe these, they are usually paid for reviews or SEO links. Do not trust any website with forex/trading in their name that give this company a good rating. I wouldn’t even trust some of the reviews on third sites such as this, as again they are probably paid off. Instead find the array of social media community pages that contain a lot people who have been scammed.

It’s a very trustworthy service. And everything is regulated, so you don’t have to worry. Their withdrawal service is also very easy and fast. And they provide 24/7 support. Their reply is also very fast specifically on facebook. And their application is also very good and reliable.

It is possible to recover what you lost to scam brokers but most people don’t know this because they are either not informed or they have been conned by a recovery expert. my account is blocked with more than 30,000$ from last 2 months and they just need documents , and i have already provided tons of documents to them but no positive response. if they will do this with others too , they will loose volume 101%. I have been using Avatrade for over a year and they are not a trustable company. Have even been promoting them as an affiliate for over a year and signed up more than 400+ referrals, where they haven’t paid out one cent. They have been replying the same answer for 6+ months that they are working on their ‘referral system’ but till day it’s not working and it’s never going to work as they even removed the section now. This shows what kind of company it is unfortunately.

Check their terms and conditions pertaining to buy and sell limit orders when a gap occurs over the weekend. If you have a buy limit order and market drops and opens below your buy limit order price AVA will place your order at the buy limit price and not market price at open. In a sell limit situation they will open the order at the open price NOt the imit price once again scamming you. This is a scam broker steer clear I am not sure how they got regulated status. AVA also share your losses with the introducing broker. Do not let their recommended traders trade for you as they will set you up with traders who lose your money whom they share losses with Steer far and wide from this broker !!!

Usually I do not type such reviews but but this time I realize I want to share my story and prevent everybody before doing any investments.

They were pleasant over the phone, cause it was girl that hooked me with her nice voice. After 3 month period number of my investments reached the point of 120.000USD and the balance available around 350.000. Yes, they tripled it. I was happy as kid, because finally I thought i could afford country cottage and the Volvo V90 and have something to live.

In reality, I found out soon everything was fake. Platform, girl identity, company – everything turned out to be a fat big LIE. After I asked for withdrawal they gave numerous reasons not to do so. I am 73 years old retired person from UK that these crooks scammed for USD 5000. It all started with me being curious about trading using automated software and filling in my details on some website. Half an hour later I started receiving phone calls from different domestic, Swiss and Norwegian numbers, all with typical English names pushing me to give them my credit card details and make a payment.

One young lady, a forgot her name but with a not-so-obvious accent from Eastern Europe (I used to work there for 9 years so I picked up different accents and tonalities), possibly Bulgaria or the Balkans, scammed me by “guiding” enter the details myself and deposit the 5000.

After doing so I continued receiving phone calls from many different numbers all asking me to deposit more. I made a request to withdraw my money but my “broker” (a scammer obviously taught to use fancy words from finance world) pushed me to deposit another 10000 and slowly stopped returning my calls.

I waited for SEVERAL MONTHS hoping for a withdrawal but it never was successful. I had lost all hopes of getting my money back till I read about this man gregory_shelby(@)ao|.¢0m ) that has helped a number of victims get their money back by filing a class action lawsuit or chargeback. From explanation, I discover the company fears the impact of such action on their credibility and integrity so they tend to avoid it by all means necessary. I am glad i got money back.

I’m still in shock how this company could rip me off. They were convincing and supportive initially when I made my deposit only to start acting strange when they gotten my money .

These are my reviews:
1). They have stopped paying out withdrawals even initial deposits of clients.
2). They will say they are Reviewing your account for a no reason, and this was my experience.
3). Once you are a good trader, they will ban your account.
4). They operate in 3rd Tier countries. ( where they can carry out and manipulate clients by scaring them away with bogus decisive rules/terms).
5). All their promotional contests; they manipulate the top 20th results in their favor; while you think its a real trader result; this is inother not to pay contests funds.

I don’t know how this company is allowed to do business in the UK other than no-one has investigated them. It is a complete scam from their proprietary trading platform which is full of “bugs” to deceive customers and misrepresent market data completely right down to their customer service who will reply to you only on the last day FCA allow for a response and will use all types of tricks to close your complete prematurely. COMPLETE SCAM! My mind is blown how this company is being allowed to do business particularly in this economic climate and I pray the FCA and Financial Ombudsman shut them down ASAP before any more people are SCAMMED.

I’m getting back into crypto and was looking for a platform to trade on. Thought I’d try avatrade as I have read good things about it. The website looks very professional and I love the simple clean interface. Was also very impressed by how smooth account verification was, didn’t have to wait very long at all.

Where to start,
my account is stuck in the kyc issue, sent all the documents still pending,
second dogecoins are offline due to investigation, been more then a month, second exchange very low,
i dont understand how come they taking so long, this should be fixed asap for customer to have more trust in hitbtc,
