So far this platform is great,beside the fees which are high compare to all others.
One of the benefits I found is that you are not required to send in verification before trading ,main reason I chose this platform (there is an option to be verified and have the ability to have a higher daily withdrawal – but if you aintintending to withdraw 3btc a day like the most of us its perfect) so far withdrawing and depositing is very fast – overall beside fees im very happy (only worry is the company started trading in April 2017 so a new company….)

An amazing platform, Low fees (0.05% using Binance’s own token BNB) Loads of coins to choose from.
Very rarely down and if it is you are kept in the loop.

I bought few Ripple’s in Binance , I wouldn’t say it was complicated but pretty much not for the average Joe to handle . you basically can send your account there BTC like I did and when its confirmed in your account you can exchange to others . the exchange itself is confusing and looks like you are taking a trade in a trading platform like Forex account .
all and alll , got my Ripple and transferred them to another wallet I have .
bottom line , they deliver the service and I was happy 🙂

After all of the hacking and things around binance it’s honestly not a good bet to use them, they’ve already lost millions of customer’s money previously and it can happen again.
If you don’t take care in the first place to secure your business you’re probably going to make the same mistake twice.

Binance have become a very poor exchange. There support now sucks, they take over 3 days to reply to account locked queries. They are also having quite a lot of bugs in there platform. I have been waiting for my withdrawal since 1 week now. They don’t reply to my tickets. I don’t suggest using Binance until they fix there issues with support and withdrawal’s . Lets see how many more weeks they take to give back my funds

Transferred BTC to a alt coin and it says transaction completed. Wait 5 days later funds still aren’t in the balance of the guy purchased. Message Binance and customer care says it’s my fault the BTC isn’t in the alt coin I purchased and they said to recover it will cost .01 BTC. What an outrageous fee for a stupid bug on their end. My transaction was only about $95 dollars anyways and now they want to take $50 of that

Binance shills all over the internet planting fake positive reviews. They quickly accepts deposits but have huge withdrawal issues in ways that appear like technical problems such API key issues, email issues. Customer support is fake robo response. People often complain they are having sms problems via 2fa when they have large amount of money in there account. It takes weeks and weeks for there support to remove it and reinstate the account. Stay away from there scam tactics.

Seriously?! Two months to verify my identity!!! Not to mention that in the mean time i contacted their support team asking if there was any issues with the documentation and they simply didn’t bother to reply to my tickets. Binance please improve on Customer Service

I’ve had two tickets towards Binance. One was when I was trying to validate the account and they responded promptly. The other one was resolved just today within minutes. I purchased some BNB and it registered in the Trade History but my balances were totally off. They responded immediately and corrected the balances. Clean A+ from me.

I wouldn’t recommend this platform. Even though they have a great exchange platform the service is so poor. They intentionally don’t send your Auth code and they will encourage you to Pass your ID’s so they will going to disable your Auth.

This is their strategy.

Binance are showing there true colours with the incident with SYSCoin. I saw SYSCoin moving up and bought some coins but to my surprise it reached 100x its value. Before I could sell it they shut down the exchange and the price went back to 20 cents. I have lost nearly all my money. There story is some hackers hacked the API and pumped the coin. They said they will refund me but there is not an single update. Highly recommend to stay away. Everyone is staying quite on this issue. Looks like everything was rigged with the coin owners. They made millions within minutes. Please help if someone can!!!.

I recently started using Binance in frustration at the extortionate fees imposed at exchanges like Coinbase. I also wanted to be able to invest in coins like Tron which aren’t available on a lot of the mainstream exchanges.

It takes a little getting use to as it’s not as straight forward as exchanges like Coinbase, but if you can get use to it, you’ll save a fortune switching to Binance. The only downside is that you can’t withdraw straight to your bank account, however when you want to take your money out, you can always transfer it to Coinbase in order to withdraw as cash.

One of the worst exchanges out there for sure, they took over 3 weeks to validate my registration and confirm my details, after it was all fixed I had a problem with depositing USD into my account and the support took one intire week to answer me without a fix for this problem… Well I’m happy It didn’t work out now

This is by far the best platform for exchanging cryptocurrencies. They have over 100 alt coins, so there’s something for everyones taste. The design is awesome and it’s very easy to use. Their security is also top class, just enable Google Authenticator and you’ll be good to go.

Site easy to use, but be very wary of the fees they can be very expensive.
Like Monetha, I purchased 91 tokens and Binance took 35 tokens to transfer the coins.
There should really only the gas to pay, and at that a bare minimum.
I definitely be not using them again.

Binance is totally a scam, from bottom to top ill explain why this is a scam.
Binance update there servers time to time and then many users loses there upcoming deposits and outgoing withdrawals and also the coin balances in there accounts. This exchange is a totally a scam . The worst scam exchange i ever seen.
Please if you are reading this please dont deposit to Binance you will end up losing the deposits. My ticket is still not resolved i have lost my BTC deposit and they dont reply to your support tickets easily.

Worked out the issue myself by doing it on the main site. (No help from binance). Changed rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Wish I could give more but without If you have password issues, do it on the website. This app is very buggy and customer service is nonexistent

Trading options are basic, just basic market, limit and stop-loss.Web site will lag or stop responding on high volume trading spikes
No fiat trading pair or transfer, must use Tether (USDT) which is a little suspect in regard to it’s liquidity
Trading and withdrawal minimums and fees for some alts make it expensive to move them from wallet to exchange and back.

As a beginner, I really loved that their customer support was with me during the entire time I asked for a question or I asked for an explanation since I was new and didn’t understand. I’ve used only Binance so i can’t comment comparing other exchanges with this one but really believe that everything works perfectly.

THIS IS A BIG SCAM, they use other people’s money to pay off their disturbing debts which is unpaid, i haven’t being able to withdraw or close down my account, but i had to find a way out so i was able to get back my money through the aid of paulmaslowizrecovery at gmail dot com, i got back $13,000.

ALERT!!! Just had a nightmare experience trading on Binance.com… I’m an experienced crypto trader and was submitting an online buy trade for ADA Cardano from my computer screen.

I set my ADA buy price and assigned 100% of the USDT wallet to the USDT field. I clicked the GREEN SUBMIT BUTTON to execute the buy and was horrified to see my ADA wallet had reduced by over half. I immediately checked my order history and was shocked to see the system had just liquidated over half of my ADA wallet [500,000+ ADA) instead of placing the buy order.

Thinking I must have made a mistake I very carefully submitted a second buy trade absolutely ensuring I was clicking the GREEN BUY button and also making sure there was no data in the three RED SELL fields. It did it again and this time liquidated a further 8700 Cardano from my Wallet.

As it had only taken out a small amount the second time and still not quite believing what had just happened I made a third attempt to buy ADA and used a relatively small USDT amount to buy ADA with USDT… Again I was very careful to CLICK THE GREEN BUY SUBMIT BUTTON having also carefully checked there was no data in the three sell fields above the RED SELL BUTTON and this time when I executed the trade it liquidated ALL the remaining ADA held in my wallet [400,000+].

I immediately contacted support but kept getting the same basic response that there were no problems at their end and that trades cannot be reversed. As this was such a serious problem I kept asking the support agent to escalate the support request to the highest level of the Tech team. I finally got the case escalated but not to the tech department and the second agent dealing with my request showed no interest in getting to the source of the problem.

I waited patiently for 12 hours but had no replies to my urgent messages as the price went up and at time of writing I’ve currently lost my whole portfolio of over 900,000 ADA. I’ve been persistently requesting that the top tech guy investigates why THREE GREEN BUTTON BUY ORDERS executed THREE CONSECUTIVE SELL ORDERS with no data entered in the sell fields… 12 hours have passed and still no response from the technical team and a second claim by the support team that I made the SELL TRADES and everything is normal with their system.

PLEASE – HEAD OF BINANCE TECH TEAM CONTACT ME URGENTLY as a full forensic investigation needs to be undertaken immediately to find out how three consecutive GREEN BUTTON BUYS completely liquidated my Cardano wallet and my holding of over 900.000 ADA.

Binance keeps locking the account of the customer unfairly, and becomes the topic of conversation on SNS now.
I’m 1 of the victim, too.
A lot of victims are also around me.
Though I keep submitting a form as requested from Binance , my account is still locked for 1 year.
Binance shouldn’t be used.
If the locked account is released, I’d like to retract this evaluation.

I had trouble with my second factor, and was super stressed. I waited a while before posting my review of this exchange because i feel that an organization should have adequate time to fix issues. A couple of months ago i bought 610 ETP coins en left them in the exchange wallet. couple of days later i wanted to withdraw my coins and there is where the horror show starts. the exchange stated that this function was unavailable en was under investigation. At first i was not alarmed i thought these things happen they will fix it. but months have gone by and not only has the status of investigation stay unchanged there is no communication from Binance on this matter no update nothing. the coins are worth about 2000 dollars now and they are stuck there they also have poor or no direct means of contacting them to get an update. i am not the only one unfortunately just google etp and Binance in one search. i would advise any new users to stay away from this exchange i fear i might never see my money again so learn from my misfortune and do not get caught up. This smells like a big scam!!!!

There is a lot of spam reviews regarding Binance. I’ve enjoyed them thoroughly honestly. The only two companies that I deal with when it comes to exchanging and mixing bitcoin would be Binance and Cryptmixer.com. I’d give 5 stars to Cryptmixer if they had a page up here too

I was really devastated until I came across a blog that suggested fightingscams at aol dot com an expert that specializes in recovering of fradulent stolen asset which I did contact. To my surprice they recovered all my stolen bitcoins.

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service (which is neither service nor aimed at supporting the customer). It almost seems like they try to frustrate you by dragging things on simply so they can keep your money. Without going in depth, I’ve lost $100 because of their inability to help and after a month of chasing, easy told it would cost me $60 to retrieve it. Also because of the lengthy messing around, trying to get them to show me why their QR scanner wasn’t working on my Binance app, by the time they replied (and still didn’t fix the problem or help at all), the amount I had had dropped below the amount I bought purely to purchase goods online.

It’s was so untrue to me at the end when I found out that all this they were waiting for me to pile up all my fund so they can scam me all my money. I almost lost everything to them, if not for some reviews I read about a recovery expert agent company at; Support At One Standard Finance Com , they were able to help some people to re cover their funds, so i decided to give them a try, Glad I did, I was able to get all my money back within 24 hours.

I had one experience last year in the silver market when I was stopped out of my position through a glitch in your system. I assumed that my position would be reinstalled but it wasn’t and by the time the problem was resolved I couldn’t get back into the market and missed out on the big move up.

Terrible. 2 hrs on chat and they still cannot answer my basic questions. They cannot tell me why my account isn’t being verified too. The same answer comes back – just wait a little longer. Three months later and I’m still waiting despite contacting them relentlessly. They refuse to set up a phone line. You cannot speak to any one. These guys are making a tonne of money, and I mean a tonne (off the charts), and they will not pay for a phone support service. Unreal.
