I have a trading account with this company..this is 9’100 € on ..
I wait for more than 2 months another deposit 1’700 € that I made .. but apparently I have not put the correct payment comment so it is suspended in their bank is saying ..
I asked to withdraw what I have on my account for 2 weeks now .. and every time I call I am told that everything is approved and in process … only there are banking problems. .from my bank and more..which is totally wrong ..
My personal broker is called Mark Williams ..
The last time I spoke with him he told me that if I inscribed again he would open positions to crash my account …

To ask for money to invest they can do but to make it and close an account … It’s been a month of emails and calls to ask to do what is necessary and nothing nada slab.

Well, I would warn anyone from doing any business with Trade 24 because they still have not done much to repair their reputation. The company continues to use tactics with client funds when it comes to withdrawal. The funny thing is they accept client’s funds in but wehn it is time for withdrawal, they use every tactics on the books. My most recent experience is a request for a wire transfer, I have completed the form they provide me under their site and uplodaed additional documents to show my bank account number, the bank information that they had previously when accepting my deposits. They still come back and insist that I have a letter from my bank with the information with the bank logo. They keep asking for the bank IBAN when they clearly know that US bank use SWIFT code. It is one the tactis that they use to retain client funds.
They still have a way to go to untarnish their image as they change their rules as they go as long as the changes of the rules benefit them. As of this writing, I am still waiting for them to execute the request

Another proofe they are..how should I put it mildly? : not honest! in every time before my account was going to collapse with losses, my account manager was ill, or the next one having a bicycle accident, or in a nothe account manager that been resigned. in any ocasion as such I have been contacted after a while with a new account manager who have very smoothly adivised me to retry my luck since there is a great oportunity now, and they will add bonuses on my deposits, diferent times with diferent account managers, and all they cared about is to convince me to raise more money and advised me to trade with it based on a “very solid knowledge” about the oil markets or else which have made me lose it all again and again. I am still wondering how people can provide card details over the phone!!! How stupid you can be to trust someone who gave you a call 2 min ago?! Dear people trade-24 is Jewish company with branch in Sofia, Bulgaria. You are deceived by 20-year-old Bulgarians who have no idea of a financial market.
If you tell them about this comment or any other they will start “beating objections”: how you can believe unknown publisher?, the real people who make money don’t comment!, and so many other bullshit.

Trade 24 is a scam company and they stole my money for good. That’s all. It started with a random calls, they were just begging me to make deposit saying that I will be able to withdraw ANYTIME. I got calls everyday, finally they got me I made this deposit. Once you do that you can forget about your cash, they might be trading with you but they won’t let you access your OWN money. After deposit I found out this website and decided I don’t want to trade with them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK so… they will guide you through verfication process, access all your personal information and ghost. After sending them “required documents” they stopped responding to me, no one is answering my emails anymore. Even in mail I got information that “my money is safe”… I guess it’s safe in their pockets… What can I say STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. Scammers, liars, hate them super hard

They have provided no accurate evidence but chosen to ignore their failings, misrepresented, failed to admit their mistakes and reflect. This is seen through the working of TRADE24 – employees use a bogus ID in most cases and as seen in my case – account manager Charlie King ( an Eastern European who has assumed a westernised name and identity), all discussions and promises made over the phone and not in writing or email, agreements that were signed by me were never returned to me with TRADE24 signatures or stamps or authorisation, phone calls that rotate some times from Switzerland, Ireland and often untraceable. This rganisation is running a Ponzi scheme and this has been made known to HSBC AND VISA.

I’ve written about this previously. Obviously you decided NOT to act on it. I think you must seriously consider a limit on percentage slippage that you execute on orders. It’s ridiculous that a trader could suffer over 1000% or more slippage on an order in the name of market volatility. I think you should set a limit of perhaps 5-10% above or below which the order is not executed. I know other brokers who do that so I don’t consider it rocket science. And even if it is rocket science, you can find someone to crack the code.

Good platform, software and service. Consider offering more timeframes on the platform, currently it only goes up to monthly. With greater margins required now after the change in rules, cash balance has to be larger than in the past, so can you pay interest on the balance?.

Trade24 is the worst broker there is. I had asked them for an explanaiton on how to conduct a withdrawal since i was new and they never responded. I had to find a way to do it by myself. I expect when i pay for something to get something in return

Thought i had a good relationship with the broker. It started out with an “Oscar Ford” telling me that my initial investment of $2,500 will be matched by him. This is a well laid out scam by the company, when you ask to withdraw they will make you fill out forms confirming that you give them the money hence there is no argument there. According to them this was what was needed to make the withdrawal. But even after filling out several forms I was completely ignored and finally banned from their company website.
It seems all everyone does is lie these days. It is the worst exchange out there. I used my credit card and for some reason my credit information were stolen and my credit card was charged over $5000. DONT TRUST THIS EXCHANGE GUYS….by the way they suspended my wife account for no reason.

I’ve open a complaint but heard nothing, I’ve emailed 3 times….heard nothing, and if you call or use the chat…you get some pathetic excuse. They’re a complete shower-of **** in my opinion, an embarrassment to the industry. No doubt someone will reply to this review with some rubbish generic script just like all the others on here, don’t believe it, they’re just awful.
